Sauvignon Blanc & Small Bites
Calling all dinner party hosts! In this Asian-inspired class we’ll be making an array of small bites including traditional Shrimp Toast, Crab Fried Rice, plus Tofu and Vegetable Shu Mai. These dishes are perfect for appetizers and will teach you the basics of handling and preparing seafood, vegetables, and tofu. Plus you’ll enjoy a crisp glass of California Sauvignon Blanc.
