Pescatarian Feasts: New Year, New You Mediterranean Menu

Dive into a culinary adventure that celebrates the vibrant flavors of the sea. In this interactive cooking class, we will explore pescatarian cuisine that will inspire you to create mouthwatering dishes that celebrate the ocean’s bounty.

  • Mediterranean Seabass over Quinoa – Delicately grilled seabass served atop a bed of fluffy quinoa, complemented by artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and tender asparagus, drizzled with a tangy garlic yogurt sauce for a burst of flavor.
  • Authentic Greek Salad – A vibrant blend of cucumbers, Kalamata olives, feta, ripe tomatoes, and protein-rich chickpeas, dressed in a zesty lemon-oregano dressing. Enhanced with toasted walnuts for an unexpected crunch.
  • Artichokes with Garlic Lemon Aioli – Tender artichokes served with a creamy garlic lemon aioli, providing a perfect balance of flavors.
  • Moroccan Mint Tea – A fragrant and soothing blend of fresh mint leaves steeped with green tea, sweetened to perfection, ideal as a refreshing palate cleanser or a comforting beverage to enjoy throughout the meal.
