Come join us for this interactive class to learn all about knife skills and perform like a pro chef in your kitchen. Learn how to choose, store, sharpen, hold, and use different kind of knives, plus learn the different ways to cut veggies and fruit and the concept of mise en place. From Julienne, Chiffonnade, Brunoise all the way to Mirepoix and more, you will be taking home fresh produce chopped and ready to use for soups, sauces or colorful appetizers or sides.
