Join us as we sip crisp and chilled California Chardonnay and learn how to make a delicious and healthy crispy skin chicken! Using chicken from our friends at Mary’s Poultry, we’ll be enjoying orzo pasta salad with veggies and fresh parmesan. In this class you’ll learn the basis of proper cutting techniques, roast and seasoning, plus all the ways you can cook veggies from blanching to sautéing.
